In loving memory
Every pack of Shree Jay Amba Bhadang begins with the work of our founder, Late Shambhu Moolya. In 1963, in Jaysingpur, the Kolhapuri recipe we still follow today was first made and shared.
It was never advertised. It was passed from one neighbour to the next until a small shop became a name loved across Maharashtra, Karnataka and beyond.
We carry his work forward with the same care, the same crunch and the same traditional masala.
What he left us
The recipe
Roasted peanuts, fiery red chilli and a signature Kolhapuri masala, made the traditional way in small batches.
Word of mouth
No ads, just taste. One honest bite turned neighbours into regulars, and regulars into the whole town.
Same taste, since 1963
From one shop in Jaysingpur to homes across many states, the recipe has stayed the same.
