Our Story

A family recipe that travelled from one small shop in Jaysingpur to homes across many states. Never advertised, only ever shared.

1963. It started in Jaysingpur. Two brothers in a small shop making Kolhapuri bhadang fresh by hand every morning.
The recipe. Made the traditional way. Roasted peanuts, fiery red chilli and a signature Kolhapuri masala, tossed in small batches.
Word of mouth. No ads, just taste. One honest bite turned neighbours into regulars; the whole town came knocking.
Growing. Beyond the town, across the district. Families carried packs to relatives and shops across Kolhapur district.
Today. Loved across Maharashtra, Karnataka and beyond. From one shop in Jaysingpur to many states, the same recipe since 1963.
