Who you are buying from

This website is operated by Shree Jay Amba Bhadang, a sole proprietorship registered in Maharashtra, India. Our full address, GSTIN and FSSAI licence number are at the foot of this page. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Shree Jay Amba Bhadang.

Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract only when we confirm it by email. Until then we may decline it — for example if an item is out of stock, the delivery address is one we cannot reach, or the price was listed in error.

The minimum order value is ₹170. You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay: delivery is shown in full before payment and nothing is added afterwards.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. If a payment is taken but your order does not appear, email care@jayambabhadang.com with the payment reference and we will resolve it.

We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

The product

Jay Amba Bhadang is a traditional Kolhapuri namkeen made from puffed rice, groundnuts, edible oil and spices. Ingredients, allergens and nutrition are printed on every pack and listed on each product page.

It contains groundnuts and is made in a facility that handles groundnuts. If you have a nut allergy, please do not consume it.

Photographs are of the actual product, but colour can vary slightly between screens, and between batches, because the masala is made in small quantities by hand.

Your account

You can sign in with your email address to track or cancel an order. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure, since anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently.

Using this website

The brand name, logo, packaging artwork, photography and text on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Place orders fraudulently or with someone else’s payment method
• Interfere with the site’s security or attempt to gain unauthorised access
• Scrape, copy or republish the site’s content in bulk
• Resell our products as your own or misrepresent their origin

Liability

We stand behind our product. If something arrives damaged, wrong or never arrives at all, we replace it or refund you as described in our returns policy.

Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law — including under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the Food Safety and Standards Act 2006.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date it was last changed is shown at the top of this page.
